Who we are

askenlight.com is operated by Front Arch Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17408012, with its registered office at 141 Waterfall Road, London N14 7JS, United Kingdom. Front Arch Labs Limited is the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

This is a pre-launch website. The only information you can actively give us is your email address, and the only form on the site is the Enlight waitlist. When you join it, we store:

• Your email address, so that we can tell you when Enlight is available.
• A referral tag, but only if the link you arrived through contained one — for example a ref value in the address. It records which campaign or link brought you here, not who you are.
• The two-letter country code that our hosting provider derives from your connection, so we know roughly where interest is coming from. We do not store your IP address alongside it.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect any other personal information through this website.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There are no third-party embeds, social widgets or tracking pixels on any page. Nothing you do here is used to build a profile of you or to target advertising.

Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated abuse, and gives us aggregate traffic statistics that do not identify individual visitors.

Why we use your information, and on what basis

We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about Enlight becoming available. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form, which you can withdraw at any time.

The technical information our hosting provider processes in order to deliver and secure the site rests on our legitimate interests in keeping the website available and free of abuse.

Who else handles it

We keep the list of service providers as short as the site allows. Each acts as a processor on our instructions:

• Supabase — the managed database that stores the waitlist. See the Supabase privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for the site itself, which processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser user agent in order to serve and protect it. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Both providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, it is covered by the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry until Enlight launches and we have told you about it, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. Ask and we will delete it; you do not have to give a reason.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• have your information deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive it in a portable form;
• withdraw your consent at any time, which for us means leaving the waitlist.

Email hello@askenlight.com to exercise any of these. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

Enlight is in active development, so this policy will change as the product does — particularly once the app itself is released, which will have its own privacy notice covering what happens inside it. When we change anything material here, we update the date at the top of this page.
